Contact ACK Developer Support
Follow these instructions to sign up for an Alexa Connect Kit (ACK) project or get support for development issues.
Contact Amazon about your project
If you're a device maker interested in moving forward with a project, contact the Alexa Connect Kit team at ack-apply@amazon.com. Include the following information in your email:
- Your name and contact information.
- The name of your company.
- A description of your project.
Include the following information, if you have it:
- A target year and quarter for the launch of your product.
- A target shipment volume, rounded to the nearest 1,000 units.
- Your Amazon vendor ID.
For a vendor ID, you need an Amazon Developer Account. - The ACK solution that you plan to use: ACK Module, ACK SDK, ACK for Matter.
- If you plan to support Matter, include your Matter
ProductID
and MatterVendorID
from the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA).
Amazon can't guarantee a response to every inquiry.
Get support for ACK issues
If you have questions about ACK development and certification that aren't answered in the Alexa developer documentation, try one of the following options for help:
- To resolve error messages that appear in the Alexa Connect Kit developer console, see ACK Console Error Reference.
- To get help from the developer community, post your questions on Stack Overflow. Make sure to tag your questions with
alexa-connect-kit
. - If you still need help, contact the ACK support team at ack-apply@amazon.com.
